Within each entry incorporated into this journal, the following aspects are considered and referred to:

1. What was done?
2. What choices were made?
3. Why were the choices necessary?
4. Did you receive feedback from teachers/ colleagues/ supervisors whilst making these decisions?
5. Reflection of work session:
6. - Did you work dilligently?
7. - Did you look at the various aspects that a choice implied, whilst making it?
8. Is work up-to-date in relation to the original work plan?
9. What is planned for the following work session?
